With our staging services we aim to take the unknown out of selling your property. For homeowners, investors, realtors or builders who want to put the finishing touches on their property, resulting in a quicker sale at highest possible value.
As experienced Interior Designers we understand current trends and styles and we know what buyers need to see in order to envision themselves living in their “new home”. Our style is neutral, fresh and current and compliments all styles of homes. Our goal is to always highlight the house’s character, emphasize the scale and focus on its best features.
THE PROCESS
PREVIEW
Once you have been in touch with us we will arrange a convenient time to view the property. During our time there we will take detailed measurements, which allows us to space plan the layout for each room, enabling us to make the best furniture selections for each space.
STAGING INSTALLATION
Our staging team makes the selections for your space, using quality furniture and materials that have been personally selected from our inventory. We transform the vacant house into a stylish and appealing home.
TIME TO SELL
Your property is ready to be listed! It’s time to take the photos and get potential buyers walking through the door.
CONGRATULATIONS!
When the property sells just give us notice and we will remove the staging materials so your buyer can move in.

What is the staging fee?After we have previewed your property we will be in touch with our quote within 24-48 hours. Our quote will be based on various factors e.g. the number of rooms that are required to be staged and the number of pieces needed to dress the home. Our staging fee covers a 1 month period from the date of staging. There will be a fee for each additional month.

How much notice do you require for staging?Prior to staging we ask for as much notice as possible, this allows us to design the furniture plan and style the space specific to the property’s needs, we understand the world of Real Estate isn’t an exact science and try to be as flexible as possible for our clients. For destaging your property we ask for 7 days notice.
